TeleMD4U Urgent Care serves patients in California and Florida. We treat the urgent thing in front of us, and we stay with people managing the long ones. You can call us at any hour, before you spend anything, and ask whatever you like.

We started TeleMD4U to make good healthcare easier to reach and easier to afford, by putting compassionate care and modern technology in the same place.

Our focus is not only the urgent problem in front of us. It is what happens in the weeks after, because that is where unnecessary emergency visits and hospital readmissions come from. Between the two of us we built the platform, the operations and the patient experience, so the care you get is the care we designed rather than something we bought off a shelf.

How we work

Affordable care without an insurance fight

Flat prices you can see up front, no claims to file, and a real person on the phone before you spend anything.

Call before you commit

A real person answers at any hour, at no charge. Ask what we treat, what it costs, who we’re licensed with. If we’re not right for you we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Refunded if we don’t deliver

If we can’t treat what you have, or we miss your appointment, your money comes back in full. You should never be out of pocket because we didn’t do our part.

Licensed, and you can verify it

Our physicians hold active licenses in California and Florida. Ask for a license number and look it up with the state medical board before you book anything.

How we operate, plainly

How you pay

Cash pay only for now, $85 to $120 a visit. Insurance billing is being built. Until then we keep prices low enough to fit a budget.

Labs and imaging

If you need an X-ray or lab work, we route you to a trusted facility near you and follow up on the results.

Everything happens over video

We don’t run a walk-in clinic and we won’t ask you to travel. If something genuinely needs hands on you, we’ll tell you plainly and point you to the right place near you.

Your records stay yours

TeleMD4U complies with HIPAA and uses secure, encrypted technology to protect your personal health information. Your chart goes to you, or to a provider you tell us to send it to, and nobody else.

Talk to us before you decide anything

A real person answers, day or night, and it costs nothing. That is the whole point: you should get to judge us before you pay us.
