A short patient intake and telemedicine consent form. Your symptoms, history and medications, entered by you. There is no separate email step and no account to create.

3At your slot

You join the video visit

Your confirmation email carries a secure video link. Click it at your appointment time from a phone or laptop. Prescriptions go to your pharmacy before you hang up.

Payment and prescriptions

Cash pay only for now, insurance billing is being built. Prescriptions go electronically to your local pharmacy after the visit.

If it doesn’t work out

If your physician decides your issue needs to be seen in person, or we miss your appointment, the visit fee is refunded in full.
