Affordable Care for You

TeleMD4U Urgent Care is currently available to patients in California and Florida. We’re working hard to expand to other states so everyone can access convenient, low‑cost telehealth services. If you need imaging or lab work such as an X‑ray, we’ll help route you to a trusted local facility in your area.
Our providers can send prescriptions directly to your local pharmacy and call in medications for you after your virtual visit.
Cash only for now: medical insurance billing is under construction. We’re working on enabling patients to pay with their insurance soon, but in the meantime our goal is to provide healthcare at low costs that fit your budget.
Most care is provided virtually. In-home medical visits may be available by phone coordination when appropriate. We’re also exploring partnerships with urgent‑care centers in Florida to offer in‑person services when appropriate.

Hi, we’re Paulina and Gordon Sweeney, co-founders of TeleMD4U Urgent Care.
We started TeleMD4U to make quality healthcare more accessible and affordable by combining compassionate care with modern technology.

Our focus is not just treating urgent needs, but supporting patients after care to help reduce unnecessary emergency visits and hospital readmissions. Together, we’ve built the platform, operations, and patient experience to deliver reliable virtual care from the comfort of home.

HIPAA Compliance

We are committed to protecting your privacy. TeleMD4U complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and uses secure, encrypted technologies to keep your personal health information safe.
We offer cognitive screening tools, such as the Mini Mental State Exam and memory surveys, to help detect dementia and Alzheimer’s early.

Special Programs

We are developing subscription‑based programs to support chronic conditions:

  • $200/month Diabetes Management – continuous monitoring, lab follow‑ups and lifestyle coaching.
  • Hypertension Management – comprehensive monitoring and medication management (coming soon).
