Securely pay and schedule your appointment. Your Google Meet link will be emailed to you immediately after booking.

1. Choose your appointment type below.

• Regular Appointment ($30): Appointments scheduled 2 or more days in advance. 

• Same-Day Appointment ($45): Appointments scheduled for today or tomorrow.

2. Complete your Telemedicine Consent Form.

After you book, you will receive a DocuSign email to sign your consent form.
This form must be completed before your virtual visit.

3. Join your virtual visit.

Your appointment confirmation will include a Google Meet link.
Click the link at your scheduled time to meet with the physician.
