3. Not for Emergencies
TeleMD4U is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.
4. Payment and Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your visit at the time of booking. We currently accept self‑pay (cash) only. Insurance billing will be available in the future.
5. Medical Advice
All medical advice is provided by licensed healthcare professionals. TeleMD4U does not practice medicine or provide medical advice independently. The provider you consult bears responsibility for the care and advice provided.

TeleMD4U will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services you have received.
